Sophia has over 12 years of recruitment expertise and was hired into AS to lead and grow the HR practice for SG. She is responsible for all HR hiring across various industry sectors. Before joining Argyll Scott, Sophia was a Director and an independent recruiter performing Mid-Senior level executive searches.
Prior to that, she has 2 years of experiences in an in-house capacity, hiring for roles under digital, commercial and corporate functions in the APAC markets. With her blend of both agency and in house experiences, she is well-equipped with expertise and knowledge from both ends to understand clients’ needs and requirements.
