Business Analyst (Insurance) 12 Months - 37K / Month

My client is a highly reputable insurance company with global presence. They are currently looking for a Business Analyst who will essentially be the Director's right-hand focusing on using specific tools and technologies to drive KPI automation, data projects, and process optimisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business requirements gathering from different local market teams
• Documentation for processes, requirements, and project outcomes
• Liaise with tech stakeholders located in Chengdu - Mandarin speaking & writing is essential
• Develop reports & dashboards to communicate findings accordingly

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience with an emphasis in process optimisation & automation for data projects
• Experience with Power Platform, Low Code / No Code
• Some experience within Insurance industry is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
