Medical-grade Skincare Education Training Manager

A leading global medical-grade skincare brand client is seeking an APAC Regional Education & Training Manager to join its Singapore office. The right-fit candidate possesses deep expertise in dermatology and medical-grade skincare with good regional experience.

This strategic yet hands-on leadership role develops, implements, and oversees medical-grade skincare training programs across key markets (including India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Australia) to drive effective product advocacy and patient engagement. It also involves leading a small team of local trainers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for internal teams, distributors, and skincare professionals
• Translate complex product science into clear, actionable knowledge
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse markets
• Evaluate training impact and continuously refine programs based on feedback
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and competitive
• Collaborate with marketing and distributor teams to align training with business goals

Key Requirements

• Min. 5+ years of experience in training roles within aesthetics, or medical-grade beauty
• Strong ability to educate diverse audiences, including medical professionals and retailers
• Agile and adaptable in fast-paced regional environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional Asian languages are a plus)
• Fit for frequent business travel across the APAC markets
