Procurement Excellence Manager

The Procurement Excellence Manager is responsible for developing, standardizing, and deploying procurement policies across multiple countries. This role ensures compliance, efficiency, and best practices in procurement operations by designing and implementing frameworks that align with global and regional business objectives. The ideal candidate should have experience in policy drafting, process design, and deployment within procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement procurement policies to standardize sourcing, contract management, and supplier engagement across all countries.
• Ensure alignment of procurement policies with global corporate governance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Customize policy frameworks to fit local business environments while maintaining global consistency.
• Establish KPIs and performance tracking mechanisms to monitor adherence to procurement policies.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
• Work closely with procurement teams, finance, legal, and supply chain functions to ensure smooth policy implementation.
• Act as a change leader, driving adoption and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Ensure procurement policies support supplier compliance, ethical sourcing, and sustainability goals.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on policy development, process standardization, and compliance.
• Proven experience in drafting, setting, and deploying procurement policies across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Good command both Thai and English
