About the Client:
The client is an insurance company in Hong Kong that offers a wide range of insurance, retirement, and investment products and services to customers in the region. We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically within agency and distribution.

Role Highlight:

The main objective of this role is to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of agents by developing and implementing an agency "Super App" and training programs within the advisor suite, ultimately improving sales performance and customer engagement.

• Drive the development and implementation of the advisor suite to enhance agent sales and customer engagement.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and coordinate with the PMO team to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to secure buy-in and support for initiatives.
• Enhance onboarding processes and develop training applications to empower agents and improve their effectiveness.
• Manage IT vendors and internal delivery centers to ensure timely and successful solution delivery, optimizing tools for advisors.

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management within the insurance sector.
• Proven experience in agency and distribution environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and drive initiatives to completion.
