Training Manager (Luxury Fashion Retail)

A global luxury fashion maison is looking for a passionate and experienced Training Manage r to join its regional hub in Singapore.

Reporting to the country head, this individual contributor role will drive learning and development initiatives for retail teams across multiple locations. The role requires hands-on expertise in delivering engaging classroom teaching, shop floor coaching, and other innovative training methodologies to enhance client service and sales performance.

The role is dedicated to nurturing and developing the skills of the retail client advisor teams, ensuring they embody the elegance and sophistication that House represents.

In this position, you will design and implement engaging training programs that reflect the latest fashion trends and align with the strategic goals of the maison. Your expertise will help to elevate the client experience and empower the retail client advisor teams to deliver memorable experience that aligns with the House ethos.

You will also represent the House at various client events and workshops, truly becoming a brand advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute structured training programs aligned with business goals
• Deliver classroom training sessions and conduct shop floor coaching for retail teams
• Monitor training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and implement improvement plans
• Support career development and talent management initiatives for retail staff
• Collaborate with HR and retail leadership to promote a high-performance learning culture

Key Requirements

• Min 7+ year so proven experience in training and development within the luxury or fashion industry
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and the luxury markets
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fit for business trips when required
